Nanamori Middle School

Nanamori Middle School (七森中学校, Nanamori chūgakkō), also referred to as the Nanamori Junior High School, is a school located in the city of Takaoka, Toyama.

Clubs

Amusement Club (ごらく部, Goraku-bu)

The purpose of the Amusement Club is primarily to do whatever you feel like doing. It was founded shortly before Chapter 1, after Kyōko found the keys to the abandoned Tea Ceremony Club. Four known members:

Student Council (生徒会, Seito-kai)

The group of students that address issues of concern and organize student events and activities at the school. Former rival group of the Amusement Club. Five known members:

• Ayano Sugiura - Vice President, 2nd Year
• Chitose Ikeda - 2nd Year
• Himawari Furutani - 1st Year
• Sakurako Ōmuro - 1st Year

Tea Ceremony Club (茶道部, Chadōbu)

The club of Japanese cultural activity involving the ceremonial preparation and presentation of matcha (抹茶) powdered green tea. The club room was abandoned a few years before Kyōko found its keys and turned it into the Amusement Club. Only one known member:

• Tomoko Yoshikawa (Formerly; Middle School days)

Track and Field Club/Running Club

The club of athletic contests established on the skills of running and jumping. The members and the club supervisor Tsubasa Minamino personally asks Yui to join the club, although Yui always refuses in order to stay with the Amusement Club. Four known members:

Manga Club (漫画部, Manga-bu)

First mentioned in Chapter 60. They have never made a physical appearance and there are no known members.

• The school is based (by location) on the Yoshino Junior High School located in the real life city of Takaoka, Toyama. However, the building is based on a school in Tokyo.
